Job Context
Advance Care Specialized Hospital Limited is looking
for competent, dedicated and experienced Staff Nurses (NICU) to ensure
standard nursing care and support services for newborn babies admitted in the
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Mandatory Condition: The selected candidate must be able to join on 01 June 2026.
Candidates who are unable to join on the mentioned date are requested not to
apply.
Job
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates
admitted in NICU.
- Monitor and record vital signs (Temperature,
Pulse, Respiration, SpO2) and maintain proper nursing documentation.
- Operate and monitor NICU equipment such as
Incubator, Warmer, Phototherapy Unit, CPAP and Ventilator.
- Administer medications, IV fluids and feeding as
per consultant/physician’s instructions.
- Assist doctors and consultants during neonatal
procedures and emergency interventions.
- Ensure strict infection prevention and control
practices and maintain aseptic techniques.
- Perform suctioning, oxygen therapy, cannula care,
tube feeding and other NICU procedures as required.
- Maintain shift duty schedule (Day/Night) and
provide emergency nursing support when necessary.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting and
handover during shift changes.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline and patient
safety inside the NICU.

- Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery / BSc
in Nursing
- Must have valid BNMC Registration
Experience
Requirements
- Minimum 1 (One) year experience in NICU is
mandatory
- Candidates having experience in a reputed
hospital NICU will get preference
Additional
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of NICU nursing protocols and
critical care nursing procedures
- Ability to handle neonatal emergency situations
- Must be sincere, responsible and punctual
- Good communication skill and teamwork mentality
- Must be capable of performing shift duty
(Day/Night)
